Security services discovered a dangerous “surprise” during an X-ray inspection
Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico, who recently survived an assassination attempt, received a bullet in a postal envelope. According to Aktuality.sk, WNTab reported this incident.
As government officials informed journalists, the letter was delivered to their office and was addressed to Robert Fico. During the routine X-ray inspection of the mail, security services detected the unusual “message.”
Law enforcement authorities are currently examining the bullet.
It is worth recalling that on May 15, 2024, Robert Fico survived an assassination attempt. During a public address following an off-site government meeting in the city of Handlová, the politician was shot five times by writer Juraj Cintula. The attacker was detained, and the wounded prime minister was urgently hospitalized. Despite his critical condition, doctors managed to save his life, and Fico returned to his duties.
